My 2 children (ages 9 and 7) have been taking piano lessons from Laura for the past 8 months now and she is wonderful! My children have very different musical preferences and she is very accommodating to both. She makes the lessons fun and they always look forward to lesson days. My children are very eager to practice and learn new songs (which she provides them) and they have made leaps and bounds since Laura has become their teacher. We are very thankful to have found such a wonderful and knowledgeable teacher. I would highly recommend her!

Barb's Continuo Home Music Lessons provided home lessons to my son. Not only was the instructor very talented, but they knew exactly how to interact with a young person to keep his interest throughout the lesson and encouraged practicing beyond the lesson. Barb is always prompt and goes out of her way to accomodate scheduling issues.

Maria is the most thorough, pleasant, and knowledgeable private music teacher I've ever taken lessons from. I leave each piano lesson with a more comprehensive understanding of notes, of rhythms, of musicality, but most importantly, of myself.

We have only had one class with Ms. Rivera but it went really well. I think there is a good future as my daughter's piano teacher!

Nicole helped my daughters, who are 8 and 13, learn how to play the violin and cello respectively. She gave my girls private lessons out of our home for an hr 2-3 times a week. Nicole is very patient, effective in her teaching methods, and is very knowledgeable in both the cello and violin. I remember one time both my daughter had a recital coming up and she stayed an extra 2hrs longer to help them, and I didn't ask her to! She wanted them to do well and was more than happy to stay. Nicole was always 10 minutes early to our home and I would refer anyone wanting to learn the violin, cello, or beginner piano lessons to Nicole. Couldn't have asked for anyone better! Parent's, employers, and prospective learners, you will not be disappointed with Nicole! Sincerely, One proud and happy mother! Thanks Nicole

My younger son takes guitar lessons with Frank Enea every week. He works really well with kids and my son loves his lessons. It is easy to see how much Frank loves music and seeks to instill that same love of music in his students. He is able to quickly assess what works and what doesn't work for each individual student and tailor his approach to the student in a way that works best for him or her. He was also able to refer my older son to a great flute teacher.

Ms. Tracy Delauney has a wide range of knowledge and experience and uses such in helping her students. I look forward to learning more about the piano, to learning about music, and to being able to play and enjoy a wide repertoire of music.

Very pleased with violin lessons from Janelle. She really takes the time to make sure that technique is correct and this has improved the sound quality. Also, she is very helpful with vibrato, which can be difficult to master.

Nice looking shop in the mountains of Northern NJ. Great staff on hand giving my kids a solid foundation integrated within learning songs they enjoy. They're holding my child's attention during a lesson while also making it easy on the ears when they practice at home! Stocked with gear necessities too. Can't say enough good things.

Anna is a wonderful, positive teacher. She's clearly had a lot of experience working with children and is a mother herself. My daughter looks forward to her lesson every week, and thanks to this she's eager to practice regularly and is seeing a ton of progress! Thanks, Ms. Anna!

        About

I am a passionate and friendly violin teacher with 20 years of experience! Having done many years of training in the Suzuki method, I am very comfortable starting young children on the instrument. I also enjoy teaching older children and adults, adjusting my approach to suit your expectations. I am thorough but also fun and creative.

        About

I teach violin and viola to students of all ages. As a graduate of several conservatory programs in New York City and Boston, I am trained as a classical musician. I am currently employed with several orchestras. I am capable of teaching all ages and can provide a student with the knowledge, confidence and love of music required to make it an enthusiastic pursuit.

        About

As a graduate of Berklee College of Music, I offer violin lessons of all levels. I also offer professional audio recordings as I majored in music production and audio engineering.

        About

My experience in a variety of styles leaves me open to the many options available to violinists beyond the classical world. While I stress a solid foundation in classical technique, I encourage students to follow their own path, whether it be jazz, rock, fiddling, or something else. I also have experience with the electric violin, which can be of some aid in pursuing alternative styles.
