I'm a complete beginner, but he's been super easy to learn from and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and in different ways so you could find what works best for you. He does a great job balancing teaching the basics and techniques while also making time to work on what you want to learn and play. I've improved a lot with his lessons, way more than I would have on my own. I would recommend him if you are looking to learn or improve your skills, especially if you are a beginner, because he can guide you and correct your technique so you don't form bad habits early on. He's super supportive and encourages you to push yourself. At my first lesson I didn't have picks yet so he gave me two to keep which was really kind. The Creative Within
The Creative Within
Aman has been an excellent guitar teacher. He is extremely patient and works at my pace. At times we've gone into music theory, and he is very knowledgeable about the guitar. Our lessons usually last an hour but we have gone over an hour a few times. I never feel rushed and get the sense that Aman really enjoys teaching and playing the guitar. I also like Aman's philosophy towards our lessons. While we will go over technical concepts and exercises, we also make a point to just jam a little bit during our lessons. The fact that Aman and I have similar music tastes only helps. I'd recommend Aman for anyone looking to learn rock guitar.
