I was at first skeptical when Liz suggested training over Zoom when the gym closed due to the pandemic but tried it. I have been so pleased with the effectiveness and ease of training from home. While I have always been theoretically able to workout at home, I rarely did. Through the structure of a regular training session, Liz provides the same personalized service as always and motivates me in the same way she does in the gym. The monetary investment was relatively minor. I purchased four resistance bands and an attachment that allows the bands to be attached to a door. I already had some light weights and a mat at home. Liz finds workarounds for the regular gym equipment that results in truly effective workouts. I wholeheartedly recommend Zoom training. It has allowed me to stay active in a smart and safe way.
