- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different pricing for all types of events. We have packages as well as a la cart services. Are menus and services are broken down on proposals sent to client. We have drop off services, onsite services, full service wedding services, staffing for events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to work with new clients! We like to schedule a phone meeting or meet in person to go over planning and details of their event. We send menus and contract out digitally via email. We are very flexible with clients needs and schedule.
