As rated above, the service Shaun provides is outstanding. He has installed three computer systems for my husband and I in the time we have worked with him. He pays a great deal of attention to the customer's needs and wants. He walks you through each option you may want to consider. As senior citizens, he works graciously helping us to understand. While tutoring on different programs isn't the main item as an IT person, he has been wonderful in walking us through programs; he always provides different options for us to consider knowing that we want something short and simple. He has a great personality for working in this field. He returns calls, responds to emails and completes a task in a timely manner. He has a good handle on how long a task will take and it is always completed within that timeframe. He also teaches in a language that can be understood by the lay person; he always cites an example of everyday living to the task you are trying to perform. He is very prompt with his billing and it is very detailed. Personally, we don't think our experiences needed any improvement. Shaun is very personable and innovative with his business ideas.

Shaun has done many things for me inluding setting up and moving files to a new computer, and retrieving all files and photos from a "dead" hard drive. He has done some work at his home and some at mine. All work was done in a reasonable time and many times he was done ahead of schedule. Shaun knows how to talk to lay-people. I am not a technical person but he always explains what he is doing so I understand and agree. Shaun's skills have always been top-notch and I have never had to send anything back to be redone. I fully trust Shaun! He understands that you don't want to be without your PC and schedules his work to get the work done and back to you quickly. I have nothing to critique re: Shaun and Hidden Hills Tech.

He not only handles the technical issues, but he has walked me through the steps that I need to handle so that when he leaves I feel confident that I have learned what I need to know to keep everything working smoothly. Throughout the years, Shaun has also provided computer support for my husband, two daughters and father and he has responded to hurried pleas from across the miles when I encounter an issue in a remote location. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is very tough to charge a flat fee for services, but I generally can do most things under an hour. I like to provide worst case scenarios as some issues end up being something else and I don't like to have surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do this business part time right now and my full time job requires me to stay up to date on all of the latest technology. My experiences comes from Higher Education and Healthcare with Information Technology. Eventually i'd like to do this business full time as it continues to grow!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I realize the frustration of owning my first PC as a kid and enjoyed solving problems. I ended up getting really good at solving issues relating to computers and found that my passion for teaching would be better re-directed at helping others that are challenged with a computing issue.
