Jason did a great job installing a vinyl plank flooring over existing wood floor. Also installed shoe moulding with no excessive gaps.

My project was listed as looking to put down a toilet. We agreed on a day and I took the day off work not only did he forget I had to reach out to him he never called to confirm.. we rescheduled for the week later he showed up but only do half the job so even through he did a nice job fixing underneath the toilet to make it level and steady. He never changed out the rusty old pipe so I still have a ongoing leak and no toilet

Unfortunately for you is that the pipe was not included because I’m not plumber and not able to do that type of work. You asked to have the floor leveled out underneath and I did so. Now I told you that I would put a toilet in for you (separate charge) and you also told me that you have fridays and weekends off as far as taking a day off is a pretty bold lie. I have been busy especially with this last wind storm we just had having to fix this or that or customers that needed attention due to damage, which in my case is a tad bit more important than a toilet. I’m sorry there was a huge misunderstanding about what was getting done but maybe next time think it through before having someone do or fix something.
