First time hire for driveway plowing. Service also includes driveway entrance cleaning (after street cleaning, you know this can be painful at times). Really great job so far.
Is currently cutting my lawn bi weekly. Very friendly and flexible. Shows up every day he's scheduled. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend.
I have years of experience doing residential electric, but did not trust myself to do this job. My best friend is a commercial/industrial union electrician, but he did not have time to do the job. So I hired Jack and his team to wire up a conveyor and sortation system in our warehouse. I was very impressed by his communication, honesty, creativity, speed, knowledge, and price! I would definitely recommend him. And I would definitely hire him again.
Jeff recently completed a bathroom renovation in my lake cottage. The house was built in 1910 and it required Jeff to completely tear out the existing bathroom and do a complete remodel. Jeff did all of the work including the tear out, plumbing, electric, tiling, painting, etc. Jeff focuses on quality and detail which is extremely important especially when doing tile work. He also replaced doors in my home and was able to find solutions to unique door sizes and uneven floors. I would be happy to speak with anyone who is considering hiring Jeff for a project!
Clark did a great job getting us hooked up (no pun intended) with the upgrade we needed. Job was done in a few short hours by Clark's connections (again, no pun intended) with Twin City Electrical, and they did a professional job. The only thing that could've been better was a quick call to let us know exactly when the guys would show up. Otherwise, no complaints!
Ed was honest professional and he called us every step from starting our project to finishing. I would call this company again for any of my remodeling. Its good to find a company to call you right back and no job to small!! Thank you Ed. Olin & Dorothy
John retiled our bathroom shower, replaced shower fixtures, removed a laundry chute, and replaced vanity lighting and mirror. He also added an electrical outlet, fixed our leaking kitchen sink, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom sink. He and his helper Charlie worked very hard to get the job done in one-and-a-half days. He asked us to get the supplies, but when he had to pick some up himself, he showed me the receipts so I could reimburse him. John does not upcharge on supplies. His pricing was very reasonable, and we are quite happy with the work he did. We would definitely hire him again.
Tom cleaned my gutters. His quote was excellent, work was exceptional and his timetable was perfect. I plan on using him for a plumbing project and an electrical project for another job.
I have used Desco propery services for a few of our home repair needs. They have recently done electrical repair and replaced a hot water tank . Last summer we used their services for replacement of our front steps. I would highly recommend them. They are dependable and do quality work!!
Mike Mack put in a new bathroom for me, a new garage side door and some electrical work. He is timely, professional, understanding to your needs, and gives great advice on how products hold up and what to use. Him and his team always cleaned up after the days job was complete. We couldn't have asked or received a better contractor than Mack of all Trades.
Great job with some electrical work on a fan in my attic. Very fair pricing. Would definitely recommend.
George did a real nice job installing light fixtures in our kitchen and dining room. In addition, we have used George for our plumbing and electrical needs. He has done an excellent job every time we have hired him.
Jamie did an excellent job on our new build. The electrical inspector was very impressed with his work and Jamie was extremely efficient with his time. He was cheerful and offered great design suggestions with strategic placement of lighting throughout the house. He helped us think about future electrical expansion needs as we looked at doing additions down the road and what demands outdoor landscaping/driveway lighting would impose. He interacted well with our other crews and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the industry. He introduced us to our framer as well. He came highly recommended as one of the best in Rochester and we are pleased to say he deserves the distinction. We are happy to serve as a reference for anyone considering his services. Nate J.
Ian MacDonald is an electrician who did work for our home in the kitchen, basement and center hallway. He did an outstanding job. He was a problem solver, found reasonable solutions for trouble spots in the kitchen and even made wonderful changes in the project we didn't initially consider. Ian is reasonable in his work estimates, and works clean during and after the job. Our home was built in 1955 which offers a whole set of issues when working to upgrade. I plan to call on Ian again to support us in other electrical projects in our home.
Mitch was responsible and responsive from the very start. He made an immediate connection about the work to be done and was clear and honest about what it would take. He completed the work on time and was communicating about the process throughout. His price quote was reasonable and he kept to it without an variations. He made sure all of the paperwork and inspections were timely and properly handled. We were without power for a minimum of time thanks to his planning. I am very pleased with Mitch as a contractor and would certainly recommend him to anyone needing quality electrical work.
Overall, Ben was very professional, courteous and skilled in the work he performed while installing the humidifier to our forced-air heating. He always wore boot covers in our house to protect our floors, completed the work in the estimated time, and cleaned up his work area when he was done. He even replaced the drain line from our A/C condenser instead of just tying the humidifier drain into the mess that was there. In our case there was an unforeseeable issue that caused our furnace blower to run constantly, a condition we didnt realize until a few days later. We e-mailed Ben and he immediately responded and tried to figure out the problem even though he was out of the country. It ended up requiring a return visit to resolve the problem by changing the method of wiring the humidifier to the furnace, but we still never figured out why the first method wouldnt work; even Bens peers in the industry were stumped. Our only criticism is that Bens clarity of in-person communication was a struggle at times, specifically when we got into technical details of the problem where Ben has far more electrical knowledge than the average homeowner.
