I got a quote on the 18th, was promised an email with paperwork. The email never showed, even after requesting it again on the 20th. On the 25th I asked again, and got a reply that it was sent on the 21st. Asked or them to re-send (no reply), and suggested they drop off a copy at my house if that would be easier (no reply). Imagine my surprise when they sent me a request for a review on the 29th!

Yes depending on the service. Most of our pricing is based off and hourly rate multipled by how meany workers will be on the project, times the estimated hours to complete the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer and see what their particular needs are, if we can fit their needs we then we formulate a estimate and send it to the customer. After that it's up to the customer to decide if they'd like to have us complete their project!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by seeing neighbors needed help with lawn care in my neighborhood and grew from there!
