Highest recommendation! Dived right into my limitation with Parkinson, and pushed me to do more without making me uncomfortable and over stressed. Understands there are bad days with Parkinson, but doesnt let me slide, will suggest some small thing that can be done to get the body moving. Sarah is a great motivator and very personable. You couldnt do better than with better body with a buddy!Jun 13, 2015Verified
Sarah Lane-Ayers is an excellent trainer. She is totally focused on my needs and is an attentive listener. She has very thoroughly assessed what my needs are and has tailored a great program that is easy for me to follow. Besides that, she is lively and very fun to work out with and has encouraged and motivated me - I highly recommend Sarah Lane-Ayers as a personal trainer!Apr 2, 2015Verified

Sarah Lane Ayers is an excellent trainer. She is extremely patient and very thorough in her approach. I have improved my core body strength by a large degree due to her thoroughness. My balance has improved to the ability to wear a higher heel without feeling in danger of falling. These are significant accomplishments for a 3 month training period. I highly recommend Sarah!!!Jan 8, 2015
Sarah is fun, encouraging, and has a way of making you WANT to do better, move better, be more healthy in all parts of your life! She takes your abilities to heart, gently pushes, but also knows when to shove OR back off when either you are just being a whimp OR you just don't feel up to doing something - YET!!! Sarah listens, cares and really wants her clients to succeed in being more active, getting more healthy and living a fuller life! I have thoroughly enjoyed, and when I return from a long journey away from home, will continue to enjoy her partnership with my journey from little movement and strength to much greater mobility and abilities to do many things without injury!Jan 2, 2015
