I hired Dave to do some bathroom remodeling. He removed a tile floor, vanity and toilet and then installed a new floor, vanity and toilet. His work was excellent, rates are competitive and he finished the job with minimal interruption (we only have one bathroom). His knowledge on all types of repair and installation, his professionalism and overall good nature make it easy for me to highly recommend him for any job.

Gary always was at my home when he said he would be and worked around or schedule, days-evenings-weekends. We already had our tiles but Gary made suggestions to help make the design better based on his experiences. The results were beyond my expectations! I couldn't be happier with him or his work! Thank you.

So we started our kitchen renovation -- a full addition, which was done by another company. once that was done, Cutting Edge came in and began their work. during the project, both Timothy and John were very very responsive, keeping us updated sometimes multiple times in a day. Their attention to detail over the smallest things was just incredible. they gave their input whenever we asked and we trusted them to have our best interest at heart ... they did all of the electric, hvac, drywall, paint, flooring, installed the cabinets, backsplash in kitchen and powder room, trim, plumbing. they actually came across a huge plumbing issue (not anything they did) and fixed it without complaining. Their quality of work is really top notch. Both Timothy and John gave us great ideas on how to maximize our now open-kitchen plan based on obstacles that could not be removed. while this increased our expense, it was well worth it, and was the best bang for the buck. everyone on their crew is polite and everyone shared the same attention to detail and craftsmanship. i would gladly give a recommendation for these guys. if you have any kitchen or bath remodeling, get these guys to do it, you won't be sorry!!

Ryan was so awesome - incredibly detail orientated and a perfectionist, exactly what you want from someone installing something like tile! He did a subway tile backsplash for us; it looks amazing and we've already gotten so many compliments. Highly recommend!

Dylan did an amazing job on my landscape. I wanted something new and different and he did just that! He also cuts my lawn on time every week and does a great job.

Jason was very kind and accommodating to my schedule. I was apprehensive at first because I needed the job done fairly quick, however; he not only finished it in ample time but did a fantastic job. We have recommended him to our friends and family, and also appreciate that he is a family man, Not from one of these commercial businesses.

He showed up when he said he would, which is not something we have always experienced with contractors in the past. As an added bonus, he was a delight to work with - very personable. Rick Mincer - RAM Construction Rick - assisted by his son Richie - worked on a house we bought while we were on vacation in Florida. The house is a 3 BR Ranch on a village lot w/an attached 2 car garage & covered patio. Built in 1964, the house was purchased "as is" and was in the process of being fixed up after sitting unused for around 10 years and having had a roofing problem that caused some interior damage. We had RAM complete some of the water damage work prior to doing some major remodeling in the MBR & Bath. The bath was totally remodeled with all new fixtures and drywall. The MBR received a new sheetrock ceiling replacing the orig. 12" sq tiles and repairs to the walls before redecorating. The Kitchen was gutted and a complete new Kitchen with all new appliances was competed next. In the process of working on the kitchen, the boiler on the heating system failed and we decided to replace all of that system with a new forced air furnace. RAM worked with Main Plumbing & Heating on that project and also supplied temporary heat by setting up some temp electric heat units in the basement. RAM worked for us for 3 months - while we were in Florida - our input was to visit Lowe's and pick out things we wanted and they picked them up & installed them. We're very pleased with Rick's work and plan to use RAM to remodel the 2nd bathroom and do some more work on trim & prep for getting other areas ready for paint, in the next few weeks.

Dave did an excellent job on our master bath - I love it! He added so much functionality by removing a wall which allowed us to have two vanities. The shower is huge and the tile work is beautiful. We would definitely hire Finger Lakes Custom Renovations again.
