EVERY CLIENT HAS DIFFERENT NEEDS AND I ALWAYS WORK WITH THEIR BUDGET.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
GETTING TO KNOW THE CLIENTS WANTS AND NEEDS FOR THEIR SPECIAL EVENT, CREATING A MENU , GOING OVER NUMBER OF GUEST, WHERE EVENT WILL BE AND IF THERE WILL BE A KITCHEN OR IF THEY WANT DROP OFF SERVICE, BUDGET , SIGN CATERING AGREEMENT , GIVE 20% DEPOSIT AND BALANCE IS DUE DAY OF EVENT IN FULL.

Graduate of ICE (International Culinary Education)top of my class! Taught by grandma and mother also self taught!
