Mike has carried out a variety of jobs recently including plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. He repaired portions of drywall, removed banisters, mended gaps in the stairs, hid the wires behind a wall mounted TV and repaired a leaking faucet. All the work was carried out meticulously and he cleaned up after each job. I would highly recommend his services.
Mike did an exceptional job for me over two days around my apartment including: painting, woodworking, hanging artwork and coathooks and other general handyman duties. He is punctual and honest. Hire him with complete confidence.
exceptional woodworker and handyman! he fixed the nasty stain on our beautiful expensive dining room table flawlessly. while the poultice was settling in he even fixed a door jam in our daughters room that i had been (frustratingly) working on! Bernard is really brilliant and just a charming human being...i am glad we found him and entrusted this important job to him
The best painters I have ever worked with. Period. I had my entire condo painted and they finished it in one day. Very reasonable. Very professional. Thank you!!
Rafal Wlazlo installed the kitchen cabinets we had purchased from Home Depot. He first removed all our old cabinets. He then reinstalled our old cabinets in our garage and utility room next to our garage. That gave us a tremendous amount of extra storage space in the garage and utility room. Then he installed the new cabinets in our kitchen for half the price of what Home Depot had quoted us. The job took approx 4 days. The workmanship and customer service were excellent. Below we have listed just a few examples of why we rated the overall experience outstanding: *Rafal was present for the delivery of the kitchen cabinets and inspected every box to insure there was no damage and no pieces were missing. *Rafal salvaged/repaired as many old cabinets as possible and reinstalled them in various parts of our garage/utility room for a nominal extra charge. *Rafal modified cabinets/draws for the new wall oven and electric cooktop so they would fit in perfectly. He even made a special trip to our house on a Sunday evening to modify the wall oven cabinet so that the oven installers would not have a problem installing it on the following Monday morning. *Rafal explained everything about the installation process to us in great detail. There were no hidden or surprise charges. *The people he utilized to complete the job are all experienced and professional. His father is a top notch cabinet maker himself. *Everyone involved in the job was on time and took pride in their work. *The job was completed for half the cost of what Home Depot had quoted us. *We decided to have our granite countertop/full backsplash installed by Rafal as well, because he was able to get the same granite (tan brown) from his granite supplier at nearly half the cost, saving us approx $1000 in granite costs. In addition there were no extra charges for sink/cooktop cutouts and undermount sink installation. The granite installer he uses is very experienced and does top notch work. *The bottom line is that Rafal loves his work and strives to do whatever it takes to do a quality job at a reasonable cost so the customer is completely satisfied.
Dave is beyound amazing .. He listens in complete detail. And confirms with you just to make sure. His skills are hands down impeccable and an artist master piece .. I highly recommend him to do your woodworking needs Won't be disappointed
Greg is a true professional. He is very talented and I would hire him again for any project he is willing to do. His work is outstanding.
Bruno was a pleasure to work with - smart, clear, professional and a genuine craftsman. He created (from scratch), enormous 10' tall bookshelves for our living room and then installed them. The installation was especially tricky as we're in an old house with no straight lines so Bruno had to, literally, measure out each shelf individually so they could be moved about. He stuck to his very reasonable estimate and we're loving our shelves. Picture is shelves going up - pics of them filled with books to come : )
Lou is a pleasure to work with. I have a farm table in my kitchen that was worn and in need of refinishing. After speaking with Lou about the project....he arranged to see it at my house for an estimate. The estimate was fair for the work that needed to be done. He was able to suggest a durable finish. Lou picked up the table from my house. He invited me to see the table after it was sanded at his shop,to decide if I wanted a stain as well. The table was finished in its natural color. The table is like new, and I will have it for many more years. Lou is a true craftsman who loves what he does....
Morrissey is kind, he listens, and is totally professional. He is strong on guidance, but good on trying to make happen exactly what I was dreaming about. Right now we are in the midst of bookshelf installation. I am just as confident now that I made a good choice.
I have hired a handful of general contractors in the past for home projects (both big & small) and I can honestly say that Scott is by FAR the most professional, prepared, knowledgable & dependable contractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Scott always has a "can do" attitude and approach to any home project idea I've had - even my "last minute creative" ones :) He's incredibly dependable, always on time, if not early, and his follow up and attention to detail truly makes him a class act. Best of all, Scott genuinely enjoys what he does and the passion that he has for his craft shows through in every project he completes. I hope to have him and his team around for years to come!!!
I didn't hire Roman to finish my cabinets (yet) but he did do a considerable amount of interior repair work -- woodwork, painting etc. --and his work was exemplary. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Roman, who is also a very pleasant person to deal with.
