JRL Transportation was very helpful for our move. We had an excellent experience with them. They were very responsive in communicating prior to the move. The owner and his 3 assistants were very courteous and professional during the move from Syracuse to Binghamton. They arrived 45 minutes after their proposed time, so this may be important to consider when planning the duration of your move. They worked very efficiently and cleared our space in a short period of time. They had a truck and a van (in case it was needed) and drove to the new destination in a timely manner. There were minor scuff marks on the bed posts and on the chairs which were caused during transit. This may have been caused by our poor packaging but we would recommend verifying that furniture items have protective covers on them before transit. Everything else arrived at the new location without damage. JRL Transportation’s asking price for the move was much cheaper than other companies. Based on their efficiency, affordability, and professionalism, we would highly recommend JRL Transportation for any future moves.
