- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 7 years old, my father bought us a Packard Bell computer (You can tell how long ago that was!). Needless to say, it "broke" and dad didn't want to fix it. So we did... and have been fixing PCs ever since!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be as detailed as possible. "My computer isn't working" can mean so many things. To save on time (which essentially becomes your bill) have a description of the issues and symptoms available.
