FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At JW HomeRemodeling and Construction LLC, I believe in providing fair, competitive, and transparent pricing without compromising on the quality of my work. Every project is different, so my pricing is based on the scope of work, materials needed, labor, project complexity, and time required to complete the job. I take the time to understand each customer’s needs and provide a clear estimate so they know what to expect before the work begins. I believe in being upfront about costs, communicating any unexpected issues that may arise, and discussing any changes to the scope of work before proceeding. My goal is to deliver excellent value by combining quality workmanship, dependable service, and attention to detail. I understand that home improvement is an investment, and I work hard to ensure my customers feel confident that their money is being well spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, my first priority is understanding exactly what they want to accomplish. I start with a conversation about the project, their goals, budget, and expectations. Next, I schedule an on-site visit when necessary to inspect the area, take measurements, identify any potential issues, and determine what materials and work will be required. After the evaluation, I provide a clear estimate and explain the scope of work so the customer understands what they are paying for. Once the customer approves the project, I coordinate the schedule, materials, and preparation needed to get started. During the job, I keep the customer informed, maintain a clean and organized work area, and pay close attention to the quality of the workmanship. Before completing the project, I do a final walkthrough with the customer to make sure the work meets their expectations and that everything is completed properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training in construction have primarily come through hands-on experience, working directly on residential construction, remodeling, repairs, and installation projects. Over the years, I have developed practical skills in areas such as window and door installation, general carpentry, home repairs, job-site preparation, and remodeling. I have learned by working on real projects, solving problems in the field, and continually improving my techniques and knowledge of construction materials and installation methods. I also stay focused on proper workmanship, safety, accuracy, and attention to detail. My hands-on experience has given me the practical knowledge necessary to manage projects
