They were great. Generally responsive. Pricing was on par with other quotes. I went with them because they seemed more professional and provided a 6 month warranty. I needed solid metal ducting installed in a crawl space out to the backyard. They were very clean and did the right amount of explaining. I’ll probably use them again when I need my mini splits serviced.

Recently, my air conditioners were deep-cleaned by Green Ductors, and I am very pleased. The technicians arrived on time, identified themselves, were professional, and friendly. I was given a description of the process and the organic cleaning products that were going to be used. Once the job was completed, I was given an overview of the work that had been done, as well as useful maintenance tips. Everything was left intact, and there was no clean-up required afterwards. It was a professional job from beginning to end -- from the ease of scheduling the service appointment with a customer- friendly member of the office staff to the performance of the work by prompt, proficient technicians.

I had been thinking about getting my dryer cleaned for quite some time and I am incredibly grateful that I brought it up with my next-door neighbor. She told me that she has used Green Doctors for a while and that she was very happy with them.From the initial point of contact with Tisha, I knew that I was in professional hands. Tisha was very kind, offered information and provided all the answers that I needed to book the appointment. Even after the appointment, she was kind and proactive. I really appreciated how she anticipated what I needed.I cant say enough great things about the two professional technicians, Evhen and Erdem, who both made sure that my dryer was in tiptop shape. I appreciated their communication with me during the process. They identified a few things that I believe other companies may not see as important but to Evhen and Erdem, they were important to ensure everything was in working order. We have a very old HVAC system and I have dust allergies so it was finally time to look into having the system cleaned for the first time in our home. We had seen a Green Ductors van around recently and called them up to schedule an inspection and cleaning. The scheduling was easy and with quick availability and they were friendly and helpful over the phone. We had Andrew come out to do the inspection and cleaning. I was excited to see the before and after photos (one I attached to this review) because I knew there would be a big difference after the cleaning. Andrew inspected the whole HVAC system and let us know step by step what his process would be. He was very thorough in his work and he definitely did not rush through any part of the process. Andrew also gave us tips going forward of ways we could further improve the air quality. I feel that I definitely got my money's worth for this service and if and when we decide to have future work done, I wouldn't hesitate to give Green Ductors another call.

Ive used these folks two years in a row, they show up when they say they will, clean the air conditioners on site and put everything back together again. The before and after pictures show you how much gunk was inside. Ill come back again next year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was interested in the problems of air purity because the topic of ecology is taking over society more and more seriously every year. We must change the focus from excessive consumption to sensible and take care of the state of health not by taking medications, but by creating a clean, healthy environment around. I figured out exactly how I can help fight pollution. And I chose a niche of cleaning indoor ventilation. We spend more than a third of our lives indoors, three quarters for big-city residents.
