- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we're talking via text chat, I like to make sure I know what your current skincare and makeup routine is now. I will also request reference images to what it is that you would like me to do, so we can talk about any add-ons and price adjustments. Once the date is set for our appointment, we will lock in the booking with a deposit sent to me via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Thumbtack Pay. That should be paid through electronic pay directly to me. The client is responsible for the rest of the payment on the day of the appointment. I prefer electronic payments; however, if you can only do cash, I understand. I will request that you save my phone number and follow me on Instagram, so you can contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns. On the day of our appointment, I will evaluate your skin close up, ask for the reference picture once more, and begin my process. I always ask if you have any allergies before and/or day of the appointment, in case my products have a chance of irritating your skin. I have allergy safe products that can easily be replaced.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified as a makeup artist from New York State after studying with The Makeup Academy in Manhattan. I have worked for runways during New York Fashion Week and several up-and-coming designers.
