- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can reschedule or cancel a lesson by contacting me by phone or text at least 12 hours before the time of the lesson. You will be responsible to pay for any lesson cancelled within 12 hours of the lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to set up your first lesson where we will evaluate your goals and ability to play. Then we will put together a lesson plan that is customized just for you. We will work with your personal taste in music.

Children, teens, young adults, adults and seniors.
