Serofino Giambattista exemplifies what it means to be a personal trainer. Not only is Serofino highly intelligent and extremely knowledgable about exercise principles, he is formally educated with over 22 years experience in the health and fitness field. I myself, have a Master's degree in Exercise Science and have worked as a personal trainer in the past, which pales in comparison to Serofino's expertise. After hiring him, it was quickly evident that he is passionate about his business and I was confident that he would put my goals at the forefront of every workout. He has consistently delivered quality service for almost one year. Serofino is punctual, professional, reliable, creative, and the only personal trainer in WNY that I highly recommend.

I am a 38 year old female whole is close to 40 and work for a doctors office that loves sweets... lol .I go to the gym 4 days a week but I wasn't getting the results I wanted on my own, so I found seraphim personal training through friends and I called up made an appointment and have been hooked ever since!!!. I have some low blood pressure issues which can cause me to pass out, so I talked with Sam and he is wonderful at giving me the workout and results. I have seen him for 6 weeks now and I get compliments on my legs thighs and butt. Everything ive been having issues getting results on my own. Sam is caring and makes sure not to hurt or push me to where I can't handle but the pain is worth the results. It was the best decision I've made for myself..... he'll be the only trainer I hire from now on...!!!

When I first started this journey I wasnt sure I would be able to do it. Sam has pushed me to do things I never thought I would be able to do. He creates workouts based on my bodys needs and he doesnt let me give up on myself. Sam is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. He encourages me to achieve my fitness goals with a balanced approach by both pushing me to succeed and yet helps me to be patient with the process. Sam is always encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. With his help I have lost over 50lbs and I have found that I love working out and I look forward to the challenge of each session. Sams custom approach, attention to detail, and motivational style make him a great choice for anyone interested in living a more healthy lifestyle.

Sam and I have been training on and off for the last 7 years, he has been able to create a program that works well with my lifestyle and schedule! Some days i crawl into the gym and feel like its the end and by the time I leave my mind and body feel like has gotten the workout that it needed!! Seraphim Personal Training comes with my highest recommendation!

There is no way I am telling my age; let's just say that I am "older". I had never really gotten any exercise at all until I started coming to Sam in January. I feel that I have definitely become more strong and more flexible, and I have better balance. I am also experiencing less chronic pain in my back, hips and neck. Sam is so encouraging, he always makes me feel that I have done a good job. He tells me I can "keep going" even if I feel like I am done, and usually he is right! Also, Sam is just genuinely a very nice person. He always laughs at my lame jokes...I would definitely recommend Sam.
