- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are usually based on the complexity and timeline of each project. I offer competitive rates and work with clients to understand their needs and budget before providing a quote. I believe that clear communication and transparency throughout the process
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing your project goals, ideas, and expectations. From there, I develop a design approach that aligns with your vision and provide updates throughout the entire process. I welcome feedback openly, as that will be a critical factor in a project, and also collaboration to ensure the final results that meet your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in psychology and have completed UX/UI design training through the Chegg Skills program. My training includes user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and user-centered design. I also have experience using Figma, Wix, Weebly, and Adobe Creative Suite to develop digital designs and visual content.
