Brian is a life long career bodybuilder, who in his retirement decided to become a trainer. This alone is rare, because most trainers are folks without much experience, who only passed a certification. I'm just a guy who goes to gym, and at first I was reluctant to ask him to train me, thinking I'm nowhere near that level. However, I was wrong. He loves training people no matter what level, and I love every minute of training with him. He intelligently adjusts the routines to be right for you. Everything he puts into his training he learned the hard way over the years of his career, and he makes damn sure you don't repeat his own mistakes. After a couple of years, I've gotten more results training with him than I've gotten training on my own for years before him. Despite having impressive accomplishments, Brian is a low-key, down to earth person, with a great sense of humor. No matter who you are (woman, man, non-binary), and where you are in your training, whether you've never been to gym before, or you go regularly but could use some guidance, I highly recommend Brian. Don't waste an opportunity to be trained by a life long career professional, they don't come along that often.
