Lem, Natylee and the entire Santana crew did an amazing job renovating our kitche, dining room, as well as adding sheet rock to our bedroom for soundproofing and the flooring througout the apartment. They touched nearly every space in our apartment!They were really helpful in making design decisions to balance, cost, function and aethetics. Throughout the renovation they were very helpful in finding creative solutions to some of the quirks of our apartment.They exceeded expectations by finishing the renovation ahead of schedule. Their creativity, responsiveness, and efficiency made the entire process a pleasure.We will definitely hire them again if we do any further renovations and whole heartedly recommend them!

Lem and the entire crew of Santana contracting were great. We got a full apartment gut remodel done including kitchen, bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and painting and the work was done exactly how we wanted it.In addition, the city of NYC shut down due to COVID in the middle of our project and they had to stop work, but Lem kept a constant line of communication open and worked with us on a plan to complete the job as soon as safe and possible. They were thoughtful, helpful and above all extremely professional.Lem also gave us a lot of suggestions which were great as first time home renovators. Above all, Lem was honest and really managed the entire project really well from payment to timelines to communication to also coming back and fixing a few things that were missed. It was a pleasure working with them all during a very stressful time. Also, when Verizon messed up our brand new wall, Lem graciously came back and fixed up the mess for free!Thanks for our amazing home!

Lem Santana and his crew did such a good job on my bathroom renovation six years ago - in a fifth-floor walkup, so thats not nothing! - that, one by one, everyone in my little UWS building retained him to do one thing or another. When I moved to a bigger new apartment (elevator this time!) I asked him to bid on refurbishing the entire place - including the bathroom, of course - and was so happy that he did so with real appreciation for the bones of the old building, my style, and my budget. He remembered details of our first project six years ago (!!) that Id never realized, and he paid close attention to my ideas (and had great ones of his own) for the new place.Lems team came in on time and within budget, with some great cost-saving ideas along the way. It wasnt always easy with strict fancy building rules re schedule and deliveries (oy) but they kept up the pace. They did a wonderful job on the apartment update: they installed new molding, rewired everywhere, refinished 100-year old floors, painted everywhere, redid the bathroom entirely, installed kitchen flooring, and put in ceiling fans and other lighting. AND helped hang my curtain rods and other goodies.Lem is responsive, professional, kind and hard-working, and he is always open to my ideas, even the crazy ones (closing up a kitchen closet to make a smooth wall, moving a bedroom closet door to the hallway, using blue grout, switching the toilet with the sink). His team has been with him for years, always a good sign to me. His family members in the business are equally professional. All on the team are a genuine pleasure to work with.

Lem and his team renovated our gally kitchen in a co op along with a few minor bathroom updates. I've now lived in with it for over a year and I still love it. His team was professional from the start to the end. I spent over years designing it and Santana contracting executed my vision. Lem and team knew how to deal with all the co-op rules and I never had any issues with them. With any renovation project there were a few hiccups and delays along the way but every issue was addressed and taken care of. My family lived in the apartment with out a working kitchen for nearly 2 months and they kept the apartment as clean and organized as possible. I would recommend!
