Ivone is an amazing trainer, massage therapist, nutritional consultant and healer. She was my teacher, mentor, motivator, and inspiration during two pregnancies and three marathons. I couldn't have done it without her!

Ivone is the most focused, dedicated fitness professional I have ever worked with. Every time we trained I learned more about working out, healthy lifestyle and what I needed to meet my goals. I LOVE that she's always working to make herself better in order to make me better. This girl's got more certifications in more techniques and fitness regimens than anyone I know. They all get incorporated into my workout to make me better, stronger, fitter and healthier. I'm also happier to not be bored while working out.
