I was very satisfied with the service of my Thermador stove. Aiezam called within minutes of my online request. He quickly (and I emphasize quickly!) solved the problem. He asked if I had any concerns with any of my other appliances! It turns out that I could not open the vegetable drawers in my refrigerator to thoroughly clean. He graciously opened the drawers and waited for me to clean them and then put them back in. Aiezamis a gem. I highly recommend him.
