If I could have also reviewed Lisa for punctuality and responsiveness I would’ve, but it only allowed me to pick 3 of the best - work quality, professionalism, and value. She TRULY is a gem, not only as a hair and makeup artist but also as a person. From the start, Lisa was responsive to my request. I requested Lisa to do my hair and makeup for my bridal shower just one day before the event and she promptly answered and happily accepted. She was early to our appointment and was ready to set up and work immediately. I wasn’t 100% decided on what I wanted and she was eager and excited to talk through my thoughts to help me decide what would look best with my skin tone, dress, and overall look. We talked throughout the entire process and got to know each other. This is where I got to know Lisa as an individual in addition to as a professional. She truly loves what she does and enjoys connecting with each and every client. I can see Lisa being my go-to makeup artist for events in the future!! Every one of my guests was in awe at how well done my makeup was, even asking if she was doing my makeup for my wedding. They said the way my hair and makeup was done I should’ve been married at the shower. My makeup was flawless after 12 hours and my hair is still beautifully curled the next morning! I was ready to do simple curls for my event and Lisa was prepared to do more. Simply stunning!!! Cannot recommend her enough!!!

Lisa was a pleasure to hire to do the hair and makeup for my baby shower. She was prompt, came prepared and ready to work, and very friendly in all of our interactions. Her makeup and hairstyling work is excellent and she also listened to my wishes. I would definitely recommend her!

Trusting Lisa with my hair for my wedding ceremony was definitely one of the best decisions i made. My hair came out better than i ever imagined it and stayed looking perfect throughout the whole night even with all the dancing and jumping around. The amount of compliments i got was insane. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you desire individual or dramatic lashes, that option is available for an additional fee. Please request at time of booking. There is be an applicable travel fee for bookings 10 miles outside of Yonkers, NY. Travel fee will vary and depend on event location and applicable tolls. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment a late fee will be applied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy getting to know my clients. I prefer to have a quick consultation to find out the type of skin and expectations of the client. This information greatly impacts what products and techniques I will use to achieve the desired overall appearance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained several certifications in makeup and hair styling from a variety of educators in the beauty industry. I have experience from NYFW, published photoshoots, beauty campaigns including Covergirl and private labels/designers to bridal.
