I relied on couple of contacts , based on their previous experiences to find a reasonable, professional plumber to have the issue fixed without having to pay an arm and a leg , both my friends suggested me Rooter Services and fredi showed up ,, he was very professional and kind and thorough, explained everything clearly , mind u I don’t know anything about plumbing ,,, he explained what caused the issue and most important what he needs to do to fix it. step by step he was very precise, and patiently answered all my concerns, without trying to make it only about the money ,,, he made sure I understood the job he was doing, and one very important thing I would like to emphasize , I didn’t feel I was being ripped off ,,, he’s very professional and also reasonable price wise , considering that pluming services are pretty pricey, after he completed the job I was very satisfied with the services he provided all was taken care and I’m very glad I finally have someone to call when in need of plumbing services ,,, I do highly recommend fredi’s pluming services,"See more

He started by snaking the drain; ultimately we had to open up the septic to reveal a crumbling sewer line running under the house. Jaffa’s quote to replace the pipe was as low as the second quote we got; it was guaranteed; AND he brought in a contractor to quote us for putting the floor and cabinets back in. A week later and the project was done, on time and on budget. I was really impressed with his honestly and professionalism. He showed me what they were doing each step, and I could see with my own eyes the issues he found. His team rolled in and out each day with no problems, and sealed everything up almost as good as new. This was not a cheap job - the price guarantee was a lifesaver. And I feel like he did the work the right way with no shortcuts, even adding an extra clean-out valve outside of the house. I will definitely call him again."See more
