Introduction: So to be truthful, I think there's a lot of uhh...BS, that has slipped into the wold of yoga - a certain demographic, a certain way to look, crazy hard to pronounce names for the poses, etc. I enjoy stripping yoga down to what it's really about.
No gimmicks, no acts, no intimidating jargon. I'm candid, honest, and straight forward. We laugh, we make mistakes together. The way I communicate in person is the same way I bring yoga to you. We're just having a conversation on the mat. I like to be as authentic with people as possible - meeting them where they're at and tailoring to their needs while challenging them at the same time. We're all humans who want to feel accepted, supported, strong, capable, and relaxed. And my goal is to bring that to you.
Somehow, yoga makes people believe in themselves. Maybe it's the challenge. Maybe it's something else. It's quite magical. Most students don't even go in looking for that, but over time you start to notice a boost in your confidence. When you feel good, life magically starts getting better in little ways. I like that I can be a vehicle to help people realize their potential.
