Brian parana crossfitintent has been my trainer for over 5 yrs. Whether you are looking for a start to a new you or continuing a regiment of rigorous training he will accomidate. I am a 62 yr. Old male who has been able to accomplish such results that it has permitted me to completely to quit my blood pressure medication and appreciate the results that I have made. Brian will occomidate anyway he can & most importantly he is a good friend of mine. My recommendation is that he would be the first to give a try!
Eric is professional and knows the job of personal training, and also gives advice on nutrition, sleep and life coach issues which is above and beyond the aspect of personal training, training took place at his east side location at 7am
So far I appreciate the one-on-one training and working with me to keep things simple with both nutrition and working out. They really paid attention to my starting point and what fitness level that I was at. Can't wait to continue to work with them going forward
My experience with John Drumm as a golf instructor has been nothing but impressive and extremely beneficial to my game. John is an extremely nice man and goes out of his way to schedule lessons around my busy schedule (even scheduling one at the very last minute!). He always sends a prompt review of each lesson that we do to my email which goes over, in detail, what we accomplished during the lesson and what I need to be working on in my own golf training time. The emails usually include pictures and sometimes videos! I have already noticed improvements in my game after only a few lessons. I would most definitely recommend John to those of us who want or need to make big strides in their golf game.
Excellent workouts. I didn't dread working out because each workout was different. Being able to train in the convenience of your own home is awesome. And it was amazing how much you could do with little to none of your own equipment. Her training is not just for beginners; she tailors it to meet your current fitness level. I would definitely recommend Maria.
I very much enjoyed working with Mike. He exhibited a thorough understanding of his field and introduced me to new techniques based on current philosophies of fitness and strength training. He was very encouraging and this enabled me to push beyond my self imposed limits. I am very pleased with the results and consider my time spent as a very positive experience. I started training with Mark recently. Ive always dreaded going to a gym, and I walked in not knowing where to start. Within the first month of personal training, my whole attitude changed. Christina Adler is outstanding. She not only understands different skill levels and limitations of clients, but also the kind of workouts each skill level requires. Christina has expertise in isolated and complex body movements and lifts. She understands how to partition and design workouts that flow effectively so clients see maximum gains in an hour or less of training time. Christina specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) amongst others. Her passion and dedication to her clients (rather than a "job") makes her retain and carry clients with her longer than most personal trainers. Christina practices what she preaches and makes sure to communicate that with her clients. She leads by example has has competed many times in bodybuilding successfully.

I was intimidated by having a personal trainer for a long time, but Trish is a real person and so easy to talk to. She really works with me to achieve my particular goals and bases at home workouts and meal plans on them! I have never not left a workout feeling like I did my best because of her, and most important, sore and feeling stronger for it! The results are visibly within weeks. I've gained muscle and became leaner. She's so easygoing it feels like working out with a friend! Would highly recommend if you've been considering personal training but aren't sure yet. You will not be disappointed!

Over the years I have worked with different trainers whose knowledge, methods, and philosophies have varied greatly. Quite honestly, of all I have been most impressed with Alexis. Her background is impressive and her overall knowledge of health and fitness is extraordinary in its breadth and depth. She closely monitors posture and form. I am amazed at the progress I have made in form because of her insistence on proper technique. She is apologetic for her consistent monitoring however, I am certain she has helped me avoid serious injury as I am working well beyond what I ever have without one incident. In the past there were several exercises that inevitability would cause a tweaked back, arm, or leg and that has never happened with Alexis. I am certain it is because of her persistence that every move be performed with proper form. Alexis has also been very flexible with my ever changing schedule and work demands. Alexis is a training professional that I would recommend without hesitation.

I’ve been training with Michelle for years and I believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. Initially I started training once a week as part of a group session and really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions. As my fitness improved, I made the decision to move to individual one-on-ones. One month later, I was lifting more weight then I ever imagined. Michelle is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & fun. She has a magnetic personality and just plain fun to be around. I actually look forward to my workouts! My fitness has increased tremendously and not only do I see it, my friends do as well - I get complements! Best of all, I finally look good in my clothes. Highly motivating. Highly recommended.
I have been training with Jacob for 6 months. I have lost over 10% body fat and almost 20 lbs overall. When we started I was very intimidated by fitness, because there is just so much information out there. Jacob has done a great job not only showing me what to do to reach my goals, but holding me accountable to my goals. I have wanted to give up on myself many times even in the last 6 months, but he reaffirms me and helps to keep me motivated even during the hardest times.
