Highly recommend Ryan for your IT services. He was able to fix my issues in a timely manner, and went above and beyond making sure all the issues were resolved. I had tried 3 other people before finding Ryan & he was able to solve the issue that the others could not. He also responded very quickly and was able to help me immediately which was a huge life saver as my computer is the means to my livelihood. He has the knowledge and expertise for all computer needs and has VERY reasonable rates! I will definitely use him for any future computer issues.

I had a fantastic experience when choosing this service provider. They worked around my schedule and came to my house to fix my PC. A repair shop told me my hard drive was totally fried and nothing could be recovered, however IT Specialist not only could access my complete previous drive by also swapped in a m.2 for me, installed the OS, and set up windows including updates. Price is very fair, they know what they're doing and are timely and flexible! Couldn't recommend more, if you're considering hiring them I couldn't encourage you more to do so! Very polite, fast, and I can't emphasize enough HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! You're in good hands with this service provider!!

I needed my laptop screen replaced so I contacted Ryan and once I got the part needed, he replaced it quickly and effectively. It has been working great ever since! It is a touchscreen laptop, so I thought it may be difficult to replace, but not for Ryan! Now you can't even tell it was ever broken. Thanks again Ryan!
