FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing for handyman services is 50/hr & 75/hr for pressure washing. I usually quote customers on the size of the job and how difficult the work to be performed is going to be, though. I do offer a Senior % Veteran discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask for photos or a detailed scope of the job needed and decide what material and tools are going to be needed. Then depending on the difficulty level, give them a price based off that information. Im very reasonable with pricing, though. I will always work a customer to make them feel comfortable about what they are paying for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an engineer in the Marine Corps and have worked in construction or manufacturing in some sort for over 15 years. I've always worked on the side for myself, but now I am doing it full-time.
