Verified reviewBen provided excellent assistance with an variety of issues. Starting with a laptop I killed, he explained what had happened and provided helpful suggestions for what I could do next. He then helped me purchase a new laptop for my husband. This included finding a variety of laptops that fit my specifications and budget, explaining the pros & cons and ordering the laptop. Then he set it up, removed the "bloatware" and made sure that it was ready to run when my husband unwrapped it. And did I mention that it was great not having to worry about smuggling a gift into the house until right before Christmas? Ben also set up MY new laptop, transferred the memory from my old laptop and gave a new tablet a similar treatment (sorry, I can't remember some of the technical terms). And THEN, because he hadn't seen quite enough of our computers, he went over our desktop, which is very old but he cleaned it up and got it to where we wanted, which was to be able to print documents. Through out each experience he was very patient and provided education about our equipment. His fees are incredibly reasonable and fact that he is right up the street from us was an additional bonus. I'm sure I'm forgetting something but in short, we couldn't be happier.
