- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $45 an hour. In that fee is not only organizing but also putting a personalized plan together for the customer to help keep them organized. I charge a travel fee of $5 for every job under three hours. For every job of three hours or more I give $15 off. There is no limit to this discount and can be used by the same customer multiple times. I include 10 free labels that can be customized and 1 free storage tub per customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with the customer and ask questions about the job and what they are looking to accomplish. I give a free estimate (in home estimate for those who are local) with my pricing and discounts. If the customer books with me I go over a plan of action for each space. Once the space(s) have been cleaned/organized, I go over a plan to help them keep it that way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned a lot growing up from my grandmother. She taught me how to organize and keep things clean. I found that I loved doing it and it brings a sense of pride and accomplishment. I also have 13+ years of commercial cleaning experience.
