FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Beyond price, most clients ask about experience - which is important - but you should really speak with 2-3 prospective DJs and see how they present themselves on the phone or in person. A DJ for your event is typically going to be interacting with your guests. You want someone who you feel will be friendly and professional to your guests. You should also ask about the type of equipment the DJ has - If all you're concerned about is "Do you have 2 speakers that music will come out of?" then you're missing the bigger picture. Quality gear (not just something labeled 'pro') means that your DJ is going to have time to focus on you, your guests and the entire event. Low quality equipment means, they are worrying about wireless mic batteries or struggling to find a happy balanced volume for the room you're in.
