- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am contacted by potential clients, if they want to meet, I encourage it. That way they can feel at ease to ask any questions they may have, If a meeting is not possible, I answer all questions via phone or e=mail. I am very upfront and most importantly honest with them,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self trained. After 350+ weddings, numerous private parties, and being a Karaoke DJ, you encounter pretty much every imaginable situation. My basis is my reputation. If you read my clients ratings, you will see that I care about what I do and give 110% to make that happen.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A wide variety. I have DJ'd weddings from small (25-50) , to very large (200+) and the same with venues, small -very large halls. I am very adaptable to whatever customers I encounter. The key is to be professional, yet easygoing.
