Wow! Totally impressed! Fast, great service, and Daniel went out of his way to help us in a pinch. I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.
I strongly recommend Tim for any home appliance work/project you need done. When I described what was happening to my AC unit over the phone, he knew right away what the problem was, and was at my house within a few hours- and had it fixed within minutes. He was less expensive than 5 or 6 other major HVAC companies I called as well.
From the first consultation to follow up after installation, Steve and Builders Heating & Cooling are very professional and straightforward. I requested the project be permitted, and Steve went out of his way to talk with a city inspector to put the best plan in place. There was no up-selling. I chose to get top of the line (and probably more powerful than my house requires) and I couldn't be happier. As others have said, the tech is the installer, consultant and owner. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. If you're looking for quality work and an honest HVAC company, Builders is highly recommended.
Our service provider was very professional and the job was done right at a fair price. I would call them again if we have issues with our HVAC unit again.
I had Craig finish about half our basement. The job included framing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, paint and finish work (all but plumbing). He was quick to respond with an estimate, started working on plans and permits immediately and kept at the job the entire time. I was informed of progress and next steps throughout the process. He remained flexible and provided good suggestions. Price was competitive with other contractors and quality was top notch. I would definitely hire him for another job and recommend him to others.
I was upgrading my house to a smart home so I installed a smart thermostat. After completion I noticed my AC was not working after playing with it for a few hours I finally gave up and the next morning got on thumbtack and requested service. Not only did keystone have the cheapest prices they were also the best at replying. In the end all that had happened was I knocked a wire out of a wire nut when I was install the new wire. It did take the repair man about 40 mins to figure out it was just a wire although 20 of those mins were because my new thermostat has a 5 min delay to power on overtime we had to shut it off for safety reason. All in all I would say Keystone is a good company and they will be in a busy for many years to come. They were honest with pricing and don't up charge, they had the lowest call fee and the technician knew his job! I would hire them again if i needed a HVAC repair.
Paul Powers was very nice & informative. He did not thy to talk me into buying a new furnance. He showed me the problem and had the furnance fixed in 20 minutes. . P, Foreman
Responded very quickly and did a thorough job. Saved me money and explained everything he did. I will be using them for my future HVAC needs
Cameron met with my wife, while I was out of town. He explained the system so well that we were able to make an informed decision upon my arrival back in to town. What we were really impressed with, is the fact that he was the only salesmen that did not pressure my wife to make a decision before I returned. The install was exactly as advertised. The only issue we had was connecting the thermostat to wifi. Cameron was set to come back out and check to ensure the work was done correctly, but actually coached us through setting the stat up before that on the phone. When he did come back for the follow up, he was very thorough, and reminded us if we ever have any questions in the future that he is only one call away. This is the second (and hopefully last) HVAC system I replaced. The first system I replaced worked okay, admittedly the decision was rushed, and it did have some issues when inspected by the city, and more importantly, I did not receive anywhere close the customer service or quality install I received from Fire and Ice. The new system passed the inspection the first time, and the peace of mind Fire and Ice provided by being so thorough is much appreciated. I would recommend Fire and Ice to anyone.
Tony came out same day and immediately saw and fixed the heating problem. We have heat! Tony also apprised us of a possible problem we could encounter in the future. We discussed some further HVAC and home repair project. Will definitely utilize his services and expertise in the future.
Debora and Klix really worked with my family, providing quick and cost effective service and payment arrangements. Invoices were always provided and questions answered. Debora was a joy to work with.
I was introduced to John Corry by Randy Best, one of the top commercial real estate brokers in Columbus, which says a lot about John's dependability. I acquired a 24 unit building in South Columbus and John was there to help me rehab each unit one by one. He also did a great deal of welding work on a series of exterior steel porches that needed extensive repairs. John can pretty much do anything including HVAC, plumbing and electric as well as general handyman work, and he does it well and for a reasonable price. One of his greatest assets is that I can trust him to go in and quote a project, send me before and after pictures, and get it down in a reasonable amount of time, all while I am out of state, which says a lot about his trustworthiness and reliability.
