- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have a small business client that had a computer outage (a main system workstation) late in the week and needed it up and running ASAP as they were having to process everything on paper without the workstation. We worked on the system over the weekend and on Sunday (when we're normally closed) to get them up and running by early Monday morning. They were so appreciative that it made all the hours worth it. We don't charge any extra for after hours work for business or residential clients and we never have. If a situtation is a crisis, always let us know and we'll do our best to help you out!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the provider is focused on answering your questions and not just trying to get you in the shop. We're genuinely interested in helping our customers. Our goal is to help you help yourself. We work to train you during your service call to ensure you can work through the issue yourself the next time it happens. We explain everything we do and place a heavy emphasis on education, that's what sets us apart from the other computer service providers. We also understand that some people just want us to "fix it!" and don't care how it's done. We'll give you as much information (or as little) as you'd like.
