- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen!! Everyone has a service plans, but are they willing to tailor the service plan to the customer’s needs? By listening to a potential client we understand the specific needs and make recommendations to solve the issue. We also point out potential unseen issues.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After my service in the Air Force I was looking for a purpose. I found that purpose in pest control. Knowing every day you’re someone’s solution to their problem is very rewarding.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Every pest control company can provide an application. In the post Covid world it’s the service that matters.
