Edward was fantastic to work with; he repaired an older, name brand sliding door that would hardly open to brand new condition. The parts were hard to locate and he communicated status to me throughout the repair process. He finally located the part and sent me the link to order it, in this way I only paid for his reasonably priced hourly labor rate (work accomplished in less than an hour). The part was expensive but there was no price mark up for the part which many companies will charge customers. I have already discussed with Edward several projects for this spring I would like to accomplish. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would highly recommend him.
