Hired her for Valentines Days and it was an incredible night! The courses and desert were absolutely incredible!! Great restaurants quality food for our home!

My girlfriend and I recently celebrated 2 years together. I booked Jessica to prepare a meal to commemorate this special occasion. Not only was she professional, but she was very receptive to what I envisioned for the night. The meal was a surprise for my girlfriend and Jessica helped make this possible. The food was excellent and I was very pleased that Jessica was willing to incorporate some of our favorites into the menu. She prepared a menu that showcased her versatility as a chef and I would gladly book her again.

This was the most incredible experience! I decided to look for a personal chef to make and deliver a dinner for my husband’s birthday. I have a dairy and gluten allergy and was worried that I would have limited options. Jessica’s profile was the first to show up and after I read the reviews, I knew she would be a perfect fit! We nailed down a date, built a menu and boy, did she deliver!!! It was the most perfect “date night in” for my husband, daughter and I! Everything was DELICIOUS and gluten & dairy free. Nothing beats having a warm 4 course meal delivered to your home perfectly packaged with no prep or clean up on our end. The steaks were seasoned perfectly, the plantain chips were to die for and that mac and cheese…. Wow! Can’t forgot the bacon honey butter, pb chocolate torte that we will be dreaming about and freshly squeezed mango passion fruit drink mixers. Thanks Jessica & her team for a fantastic evening! We can’t wait to use her talents again!

I attended the Art Institute culinary school in North Hollywood, California. My favorite training was working in Florence, Italy under a few talented local chefs.. that really shaped my culinary style and further grew my love of food and service.
