- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One way or another, let's get that mess under control! Initial Consultations are always cost and commitment free. Stand alone sessions can be booked online for your convenience. Longer term projects will be planned out in detail following an Initial Consultation, and scheduled according to your timeline and availability. I may not be Marie Kondo, but I won't ask you to thank your clothes, either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So you know you've got a hot mess on your hands, but don't know where to start? Schedule a cost free, commitment free consultation. During our initial consultation, I will come to your home, or place-to-be-organized, to discuss problem areas, goals, and timeline for completion. If you decide to move forward (and you will!), I will develop a unique plan tailored to your specific needs. Consultations can be done over the phone, if preferred!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My name is Stephanie, and I am a stay-at-home mom to two toddler boys. Type A and OCD by nature, my career as an attorney took a backseat to raising my boys. Desperately needing some semblance of order in my life, I decided to organize everything in my life. I. Mean. Everything. Along the way, I found handy tips and tricks that made life with two small kids (and one big one - my husband), easier to manage. I also discovered the world of selling items we no longer need online, and made some extra cash in the process! With each room that became organized, and each bin of items hauled away, I found our family's overall mood improve. Our home slowly began to feel like a place of relative peace - a place we truly enjoy being. I want to help others achieve the same sense of well-being that comes with an organized home!
