I have a personal interest with who I work with. My clients may range in ability and age but I give each of them the same respect and work ethic. My clients vary from the weekend warrior, series athletes of different ages, to those who simply want to increase their quality of daily living.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

Educating people about fitness is most enjoyable to me. Showing someone an exercise or sharing some sort of nutritional advice that helps them achieve a goal; nothing is better!

    Eric is an eceptional trainer. He has employed a range of exercise modalities in my training and has always been very cognizant of my goals and abilities when designing my personal program. He is not a guy who just got an online personal trainer certificate and decided that's what he was. He has degrees in exercise science and kinesiology and is well educated in how and why to employ training techniques. I highly recommend him as a trainer and a teacher.

    I've been working with Eric for several months and I can see great progress. Eric is a good listener and manages the personal training plan based on your goals and objectives. Mission 5 is neat and clean and rarely crowded plus a great, central location. I interviewed many personal trainers in the greater Cincinnati area and I am glad I found Eric. I strongly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a top notch trainer that understands nutrition, your boundaries, goals and objectives.

    Eric has been my trainer for 2 months. I am an 'aging athlete' and maintain a competitive bicycling calendar. Eric has focused on my core strength, flexibility and upper body. Riding season starts in 30 days and I am lighter, stronger and more flexible. Eric is a creative, knowledgable and motivating trainer. His 'customer service' side is excellent. I highly recommend him.

    I have been working with Eric twice weekly for the last nine months. What impresses me the most is Eric's attention to my needs. As someone with a chronic arthritic condition, working with Eric has greatly improved my symptoms and level of comfort. Each session is a physical challenge, but a mental comfort, as Eric is very personable and fun to work with. I highly recommend Eric. I will consider him one of the best trainers in Cincinnati.

    Outstanding trainer and great person! Eric was my trainer 4 years ago for about a year. I changed jobs and life got hectic so I lost touch. About a year ago we got back in touch with each other and I have been training ever since. I've seen results and he's helped me every step of the way. He listens to your needs and adjusts your workouts for you. I'm expecting now and he is so knowledgable of what I should and shouldn't do. The days I feel good we get a great workout in and the days I don't we go light. He motivates me to keep moving every week. Thanks Eric!

    Eric is fantastic! He ensures a great workout every time we meet, but he is also conscious of my health and fitness level. I have been working out with Eric for about two months now I can already see a significant improvement. I have had to put two extra holes in my belt and I feel great.

    I started working with Eric a couple months ago and have enjoyed it so much that I have continued to add additional work out sessions. I started feeling the results immediately and people comment on my weight loss all the time. I am now getting married in a couple weeks and couldn't be happier with how I look and feel. I plan to keep up my routine post-wedding to keep seeing and feeling the positive results! Eric is great to work with, keeps you on track, is high energy and has fun!

    Eric is a really good personal trainer. He listened to what my goals were, what kinds of medical issues I had and came up with a plan that would work! He will push you to reach your goals.... The facility where you work is has really good equpiment, there is never alot of other people there and you have a nice view of the river!! The only reason I rated a 4 out of 5 was because its sort of a far drive for me but, of course, I feel its worth it!!!! I feel that Eric is a good value for the money... =)


What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the customers I help are concerned about overall healthy living. Weight loss, lean muscle mass gain, maintaining strength and joint integrity is very important to them as well. Some people want to improve athletic ability in regard to specific sports training. I also assist clients with pre and post rehab exercise prescription.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are willing to make the commitment. Personal training is a life changing event and is something that requires drive inside and outside of the gym or training area.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Sometimes clients view trainers as the answer to their wellness needs. We are only a tool in the persons quest to achieve their goal...we can't control their actions outside of the 30-60 minutes each workout they spend with us. Making a change takes team work!
