Aaron well versed in personal training and always makes sure the exercises are balanced yet challenging. He communicates the goals well and is flexible when it comes to scheduling--he's very accommodating. Glad I have him as a trainer.

I hadn’t trained with Aaron for about two years, when I recently sensed that it was time to resume training without taking time to review my budget. I had forgotten how good I feel physically and spiritually when I train with Aaron. There has never been a doubt for me that training with Aaron is well worth it. Aaron is kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I was nervous about beginning strength training, but Aaron created an atmosphere of encouragement and challenge. He tailored workouts to meet my skill level and personal fitness goals, and I learned so much from him! He made my journey into strength training easy! I recommend him to anyone just starting or someone with a strong knowledge base about strength training/fitness.

Always great about communicating changes in schedule, working with any injuries, etc. He does a great job changing up the workouts to target different areas of the body. Highly recommend!
