    I offer two types of training through my app: generalized group training for $14.99 per month and individualized coaching for $180 per month.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First, we go over your goals and health history. I then do a comprehensive evaluation of your strengths and weaknesses, which includes basic mobility and strength exercises. After reviewing everything, I design a customized training regimen to meet your goals.
