I recently hired Max to replace the tub spout/faucet in one of our rental properties, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. From the moment I reached out, Max was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. He kept me informed every step of the way, which as a property owner is something I truly value.

Max and his associate arrived promptly, and before getting started, they took the time to do a thorough assessment of the issue. Rather than just jumping into the repair, Max provided me with two clear options, explained the pros and cons of each, and gave me a transparent breakdown of both labor and material costs. That level of professionalism and honesty is rare and really stood out to me.

Once we approved the repair, Max even stopped by Home Depot to pick up the exact replacement part needed — a brand-new tub spout — to ensure the job was done right. The repair was completed efficiently and the tub faucet now works perfectly. He also communicated with our tenant directly, which made coordination seamless on our end.

The pricing was very fair for the quality of work provided. Max also offered to send before and after photos for our records, which showed real attention to detail and care for his customers. It's clear that Max takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to do a great job.
