One of the reason I chose Homeglow was that the representive called first and continued to call However, he was not aggressive, he was very nice. He would also text me before he called to see if the time waa okay. he wasn't pushy and was actially very patient with me over time, dates,etc.

I would not recommend this cleaning service based on my experience.
I booked a 3-hour cleaning service for a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with no furniture and paid $175. Before the appointment, I specifically explained that the refrigerator and range were already clean, and I asked them to focus on the baseboards and kitchen cabinets instead.
The cleaners arrived without their own cleaning supplies and immediately asked if I had products they could use. I found this very unprofessional.
The cleaning was originally scheduled for 9:00 a.m., but they simply texted me saying it was being rescheduled to 1:00 p.m.
They worked for only about 1.5 hours, and approximately 30 minutes of that time was spent outside the property. They left without letting me know they were finished or giving me a chance to inspect the work.
The quality of the cleaning did not meet my expectations, especially considering the areas I specifically requested. To make matters worse, after they left, they sent me a text claiming I had received 2.25 hours of free cleaning:)
Overall, I feel I paid for a service that was not delivered as promised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
