- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices on the site are an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with the customer before the cleaning day in order to quote a price and see what products the customer has or needs. After the quote we send over an invoice. We then come in and perform the job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a child care provider on of our team member oh as been trained in proper sanitation. Another team member worked for a cleaning company in the area.
