THEY'LL CANCEL ON YOU AT THE LAST MINUTE. I scheduled a standard deep clean with an agreed arrival time of 7 am. No show at 7 am, but I get a text at 7:26 am advising me that the cleaner is on the way and would arrive at 8 am. At 7:59 am, I received a text saying the cleaner was in an accident (convenient), and I would not be receiving a cleaning. No phone call, no offer to clean at a different time today; plain unprofessional. I took off work and had guests arriving. If you're reading this, I would book with a reputable company or another cleaner on here to ensure transparent communication and minimal impacts to your plans.
