- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
House cleanings are based off the going rate in the industry. Commercial cleanings are generally priced at Sq ft and usally is accompanied by a walk through. Never hesitate to message or call us to get a more detailed quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to get to know our customers needs the moment we walk into the door. We do not want to assume what you need, rather we allow our customers to give there input and give us details about there cleaning needs. We also like to give a fair price, so don't hesitate to talk about your budget with us. We do this because at Sharp Customer Care we care about our customers and we care about clean!
