Keep their promise, be on time, not leave in the middle of cleaning to check on some other job.
At the very beginning she promise to help until the end then decided to quit because they took a different job instead.
I was very disappointed in there service, when you take a job you follow through with it..you told me to not worry and you see it through the end actually your exact words were I promise we will get thought all of this!!
You don’t leave in the middle of my job go to see about another job

I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience. The information you gave me from the very beginning was not correct. We could not even open the door to enter your home. I tried to help and you kept changing the agenda. We were getting nowhere, you would have me pull things out of your home, just to put it back. This was every time we visited, and we were not accomplishing anything. I explained you were better off having somebody help you with your home, who was better equipped the last time we talked. I wish you the best and once again, I apologize, we were not a good fit!
