- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No lawn maintenance depends on the size of the lawn and fertilizing services also.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the customer and asking questions that help them reveal what ideas they have. Letting the homeowner express the desires they have for their own yard and then making sure they feel comfortable in expressing questions, doubts and confusion. The key to quality customer relations is comfortable communication where the focus is getting the yard to be the closest to what pleases them the most when they are seeing it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I stay up with Ohio Landscapers Association videos, articles and fertilizing and turf seminars to add to my knowledge for landscaping
